Le chips di cavolo nero, oggigiorno molto di moda, sono perfette per un aperitivo o come snack, sono saporite e salutari e di facile esecuzione. Il cavolo nero ha proprietà antiossidanti ed immunostimolanti, un vero super food!

 

Piatto vegetariano, Tempo di preparazione 20 minuti

Ingredienti per 2/3 persone

Preparazione

Lavate accuratamente le foglie di cavolo nero, eliminate la costa centrale, asciugatele e tagliatele a pezzi non troppo piccoli.

 In una ciotolina mescolate i semi di lino e sesamo, aggiungete sale e pepe ed irrorate abbondantemente di olio.

Distribuite li pezzi di cavolo nero su una leccarda rivestita di carta forno, e con l’aiuto di un pennello spennellate con l’intingolo di olio e semi.

Preriscaldate il forno a 180 gradi, in modalità ventilato, e cuocete per 10-15 minuti. Le foglie devono risultare croccanti ma non bruciacchiate. Buona appetito!
