Baked kale chips

Black cabbage chips, very fashionable nowadays, are perfect for an aperitif or as a snack, they are tasty and healthy and easy to make. Black cabbage has antioxidant and immunostimulating properties, a true super food!

Method

Wash the black cabbage leaves carefully, remove the central rib, dry them and cut them into not too small pieces.

In a small bowl mix the flax and sesame seeds, add salt and pepper and drizzle generously with oil.

Distribute the pieces of black cabbage on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and with the help of a brush brush with the oil and seeds sauce.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, in fan mode, and cook for 10-15 minutes. The leaves must be crunchy but not burnt. Enjoy your super food!
