Flat baked turbot

Ingredients

  • 1 turbot
  • Lemon
  • salt, pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Rinse the turbot and dry it thoroughly

  3. Cut a slice of lemon and place it in the gill
  4. Salt and pepper the surface of the fish
