Kisses cookies

The kisses are sweets very easy to make, very delicious, they melt in the mouth and the heart of chocolate cream blends with the taste of the hazelnuts and almonds … magnificent!!! Their success depends very much on the raw material, especially almonds and hazelnuts: they must be of quality!

Ingredients

  • 150 Gr.  Flour
  • 100 Gr. Sugar
  • 100 Gr. Butter
  • 60g hazelnuts
  • 60 Gr. Almonds
  • 1 small egg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • gianduia cream

Preparation

  1. chop hazelnuts and almonds
  2. Place the flour on a work table. In the middle put the sugar, almonds and chopped hazelnuts, salt, vanillin and soft butter. start kneading, then join the egg.
  3. The dough must be firm and smooth.
  4. Proceed by creating balls the size of a cherry and gradually lay them on the oven tray covered with parchment paper.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees for 18 minutes.
  6. At the end of cooking the balls will be slightly flattened
  7. Allow to cool completely then pair and stuff them with cream.
