Apple pie is a classic dessert; there are many excellent recipes that require you to weigh the ingredients. Today I propose a recipe that can be made wherever you are, without a scale. You’re only going to need a spoon.
Ingredients

- 12 tablespoons flour
- 8 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 10 tablespoons milk
- peel of 1 lemon
- 6 apples
- 1 salt outlet
Preparation
- Whip the eggs with salt and sugar. The mixture should be fluffy and clear
- Dissolve yeast in warm milk
- Add the sifted flour, lemon peel and milk with yeast to the egg and sugar mixture.
- Cut into small pieces or slices 4 medium large apples and mix well with the dough
- Transfer to a paper-lined cake pan
- Clean the remaining two apples and slice them thinly.
- Arrange the slices on the surface of the cake in a circular way, with the thicker part facing the top, decorate the surface.
- Bake in a hot oven: static at 180 degrees for 45 minutes, ventilated at 175 degrees for 45 minutes
