A delicious cream to serve with croutons for a different and tasty tempting aperitif.
Ingredients
- 150 gr. Feta cheese
- 3 tablespoons ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 20 cherry tomatoes, better if of different colors (red, yellow, orange, green)
- oregano or thyme
- salt, pepper
- a clove of garlic
- basil or fresh thyme to decorate
Preparation
Wash the cherry tomatoes, put them in a baking tray with a tablespoon of oil, salt pepper a clove of garlic and chopped fresh thyme or oregano. Put in the oven at 150 degrees for 30 minutes.
Put the feta cheese, the ricotta, 1 tablespoon of oil and a tablespoon of cherry tomatoes in a mixer with. Blend well. Add salt and pepper.
Place in a bowl and decorate with the remaining cherry tomatoes and thyme or fresh basil. Serve with croutons.
