Hazelnuts, chocolate and extra virgin olive oil create a cookie with strong notes, full of aromas.
Ingredients for about 30 cookies
- 300 Gr.flour
- 100 Gr. raw cane sugar
- 80 ml. extra virgin olive oil (for a great oil click here)
- 100 g hazelnuts
- 40 Gr. bitter cocoa
- 100 Gr. dark chocolate chips
- 140 ml milk
- 1 salt outlet
Preparation
- Coarsely grate the hazelnuts.
- In a bowl sift the flour with salt and chocolate.
- Add the oil, hazelnuts and chocolate chips
- Mix carefully, then add the milk and knead until you get a smooth, firm dough
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work top and with the help of the rolling pin spread out at a thickness of 5 mm
- Cut out the biscuits and arrange them on the leccarda of the oven lined with baking paper
- Bake in an oven already hot at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
- Let them cool before serving
