Hazelnut, chocolate and extra virgin olive oil cookies

Hazelnuts, chocolate and extra virgin olive oil create a cookie with strong notes, full of aromas. 

Ingredients for about 30 cookies

  • 300 Gr.flour
  • 100 Gr. raw cane sugar
  • 80 ml. extra virgin olive oil (for a great oil click here)
  • 100 g hazelnuts
  • 40 Gr. bitter cocoa
  • 100 Gr. dark chocolate chips
  • 140 ml milk
  • 1 salt outlet

Preparation

  1. Coarsely grate the hazelnuts.
  2. In a bowl sift the flour with salt and chocolate.
  3. Add the oil, hazelnuts and chocolate chips
  4. Mix carefully, then add the milk and knead until you get a smooth, firm dough
  5. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work top and with the help of the rolling pin spread out at a thickness of 5 mm
  6. Cut out the biscuits and arrange them on the leccarda of the oven lined with baking paper
  7. Bake in an oven already hot at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
  8. Let them cool before serving
